My artistic career has taken many paths
It has always been important for me to express myself artistically. I have oscillated between the image and the music as a form of expression. When I took my Master of Fine Art, it included video art, installation, sculpture as well as choral music, stage music and electroacoustic works. At the theater, where I worked for many years, all art forms are represented. It suited me well.
For the most part, it has been enriching not to be able to decide on a single form of expression. Sometimes it has complicated my life a bit, but I am extremely happy that I have been able to live with, and use, so many different forms of expression. It has made my life rich.

1977-
WATERCOLOR LIST
I should not say that I had watercolor as a profession in 1977 but I started sketching and painting with watercolor paint early in life as a way to understand the world. At the age of ten, I went with my mother, who was an architecture student, on a study trip to Italy. Mother's professor explained to his students:
-It is not enough to photograph what you see. To understand your surroundings, its shapes and its volume, you must sketch what you see. That way you will stop and think about the shapes and after a while you will understand what you see. Then you will remember. What you see in such a way will be a part of you for the rest of your lives. This sank deep into my 10-year-old soul. After that trip, I have always had a sketchbook in my pocket.
For a long time, when I worked as a composer of music for theater, I did not paint much. Now I paint again. Sketch and paint as much as I can.
And the professor was right. Sketching and painting help me to see and understand the world in many different ways.
1989-1997
MUSICIAN
Before I started writing music, I worked as a musician in the theater. Everything from circus, cabaret and pub shows for Shakespeare and the ancient Greeks. My instruments were various wind and percussion instruments. Not infrequently specially made to fit the stage story even about the saxophone, the drum set and various hand drums were what I mastered best.
1990-2007
COMPOSER
I have worked as a composer at the theater for 15 years. It has been a fantastic year with hard work and great experiences. I was with to start Theater Bhopa and worked there 1996-2004. I have also worked at Teater Bastard, Gothenburg City Theater, Bohuslän Theater, Det norske teatret and Hedmark theater to name a few.
2007-
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
After graduating from Westerdal's School of Communication, I started work with graphic design. I worked as an in-house designer at WWF-Norway to implement their new design. After that, I worked as a freelance graphic designer with clients such as Sahlgrenska Hospital in Gothenburg, the Norwegian Association for Ship Protection, Hartmark Consulting AS and the Norwegian Library Association. Most magazine design and reports. I have also done graphic work for theater and film. Now I paint the most, but it happens that I take on assignments in graphic design.
